Consignor Login

Is this your First Time Logging into our consignment software? Follow the steps below. 

1. Go to: https://hightorgearexcha.ricoconsign.com/login

2. Enter your email address in username field.

3A: If you received your consignor account before 3/20/2024:

Enter your 10-digit phone number in the password field.
Example: 4342604026

3B: If you received your consignor account AFTER 3/20/2024:

Enter “Ht!” (*upper case H, lowercase t, exclamation point ) followed by your 10-digit phone number in the password field.
Example: HT!4342604026

4. Click Login

5. You have successfully logged into your account!

6. You can now change both your username and password to whatever you want.

7. If you choose to change one or both of these click the update button to save your new info.

8. Review your Account info and update your address or phone number.
